Policy elements

Employees are bound to follow this code of Conduct while performing their duties. We outline the components of our Code of Conduct below:

All Employees are encouraged to contribute to an ‘open’ culture embracing direct communication where we communicate with each other and not about each other.

All Employees should fulfill their job duties with integrity and respect toward partners, stakeholders, and the community.

All Employees should respect the IP and confidential information from all Foundation’s stakeholders. Ownership remains with the provider of the information. This includes trademarks, copyright, and other property (information, reports etc.).

All Employees should respect the confidentiality of the identity of the applicants or (potential) participants of the Foundation’s program in line with the Foundation’s privacy policy.

All Employees should not make any statements to the media about the Foundation unless expressly authorized to do so by the Foundation. Requests for media statements should be referred to the Communication Specialist.

All Employees should not make any statements about the Foundation on social media, or any other public platform, that may harm the Foundation’s reputation.

At all times, Employees should behave in a way that upholds the Foundation’s core values and the integrity and good reputation of the Foundation.

Protection of Foundation Property

All Employees should treat our Foundation’s property, whether material or intangible, with respect and care.  This includes trademarks, copyright, and other property (information, reports etc.) Employees should use them only to complete their job duties.

Conflict of interest

We expect Employees to avoid any personal, financial, or other interests that might hinder their capability or willingness to complete the task.

All Employees should read and follow our Foundation policies. If they have any questions, they should consult the managing director of the Foundation or one of its board members.

This Code establishes the standards of behavior that must be met by all Employees. Where these standards are not met, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken.
