CPNL Meetup Recycling of Food Packaging

Invitation to join the conversation on the challenges for circularity in food packaging recycling.

This second CPNL meetup will be held on 13 February 2025 at the Van der Valk Hotel in Gorinchem and will attract members of the entire food packaging value chain. It will focus on the recycling of polyolefins and food-contact packaging. We will explore what is needed to achieve the circularity goals. Entrepreneurs will showcase how they have successfully developed circular packaging and share the challenges they encountered in the process.

Key topics

The event will be hosted by CPNL as part of the upcoming open call in 2025 and will discuss innovative solutions for the production of sustainable packaging, sustainability in flexible and rigid packaging, and recycling processes (dissolution and mechanical).

Date: 13 February 2025. Networking can begin during lunch at 12:30 p.m. The program starts at 1:30 p.m. and will conclude with networking drinks.
Location: Van der Valk Gorinchem

Who should attend: We will stage and invite as wide a range of views as possible. The meetup is intended for representatives from all stages in the chain: sorting companies, plastic waste collectors, recyclers, converters, brand owners, researchers, policymakers, innovators, and investors.
